- Minor corrections: text, music, pacing adjustments
- Major changes beyond the initial brief: additional quote required
Article 8 – Delivery Times
JPG VIDEO is able to deliver a first edited version within 72 business hours after filming, when the Client requires it.
8.1 Indicative Timeline
As a general guideline, unless otherwise agreed in the quote:
- First version: typically within 72 business hours after filming
- Final version: typically within 48 business hours after revision approval
This 72-hour timeline becomes a binding commitment when the Client expressly requests it and this requirement is specified in the quote. Otherwise, it serves as an indicative target for responsiveness, which may vary depending on project constraints and Client needs.
8.2 Adjustments Based on Project Needs
In practice, delivery timelines may be adapted based on:
- Client requirements calling for a longer period between filming and delivery
- Additional elements to be integrated into the edit (logos, text, internal approvals, supplementary footage...)
- Project complexity (motion design, multiple versions, subtitling...)
- The schedule agreed upon between both parties
The actual delivery timeline is mutually agreed upon at the time of order or specified in the quote.
8.3 Rush Delivery
For event projects requiring same-day delivery ("same day edit"), specific conditions and timelines are detailed in the quote.
8.4 Delivery Method
Files are made available on the JPG Manager platform, accessible 24/7. The Client can:
- View versions online
- Add comments directly on the timeline
- Download final files with no time limit
8.5 Delivery Formats

9.3 Rushes and Raw Files
Rushes (unedited raw files) are the property of the Client and are retained by JPG VIDEO for a period of 12 months after final delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The transfer of rushes to the Client may be subject to technical fees related to their delivery (external hard drive shipping, large file transfer, etc.), quoted separately.
9.4 Reference Rights
Unless the Client objects in writing, JPG VIDEO reserves the right to use produced videos for promotional purposes (showreel, website, social media) with Client mention.
Article 10 – Image Rights
10.1 Client Responsibility

10.2 Management via JPG Manager
The JPG Manager platform allows for digital collection and archiving of image rights authorizations securely.
10.3 Blurring
In case of missing authorization for individuals appearing incidentally on camera, JPG VIDEO can apply blurring. This service is included for timelapse, quoted separately for other formats.

Any modification request outside the initial brief scope (new filming, complete reorientation, added sequences) will require an additional quote.
11.3 Tacit Approval and Invoicing
Without Client feedback within 10 business days after a version is made available, it is deemed approved.
This 10-day period also triggers the invoicing of the project balance, as the service is then considered delivered and accepted.
Article 12 – Cancellation and Rescheduling
12.1 Client Cancellation
The Client may cancel their order at any time before filming, without penalty, subject to reimbursement of work and expenses already incurred by JPG VIDEO.
Work and expenses that may be invoiced in case of cancellation include:
